WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER OF QUANTITY (MOQ)?

Our MOQ for fully customized products is Five Thousand Units (5,000). Usually, this MOQ is offered to existing brand owners or people who want to diversify in the cosmetics/food retail business. Ideally, the 5,000 units MOQ is also the EOQ (Economic Order of Quantity), where we can give the lowest unit price with the least number of purchase orders. For those start-ups with limited initial capital, we have HERBABAYLAN NEGOSYO DEPOT where you can order as low as 100 units only at a wholesale price. The products that you will buy can be rebranded to your brand. please visit our HERBABAYLAN NEGOSYO DEPOT.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF PRIVATE LABEL OR REBRANDING?

1. We start by knowing what products are you interested in.
2. We send you a quick quotation, then discuss your specs.
3. We submit a formal invoice upon agreement on cost and specs.
4. Pay the necessary DP.
5. Ave. Lead time: 10 working days (min)
6. Balance shall be paid before delivery. Logistics cost is for the client’s account.

 

FDA License to Operate, Certificate of Product Notification (for Cosmetics), Certificate of Product Registration (for Food):


Ok, this is to clarify the usual misconceptions about FDA-approved products. There is no such term (technically) as FDA approved, rather it is FDA notified or registered product. It means that every product and brand should be registered with the FDA. We are FDA LICENSED MANUFACTURER. But it does not automatically make your products FDA-registered. You need to get an FDA License to Operate (LTO) first before you can register your product using our FDA manufacturer's license.
 

FDA LICENSING:

FDA License to Operate (LTO): as Distributor/Trader is mandatory. If you do not have FDA LTO yet, we process FDA LTO. For the Certificate of Product Notification (CPN - for Cosmetics) or Certificate of Product Registration (CPR - for Food), there are fees and quantity requirements that need to be fulfilled. You may contact us directly to discuss with you thoroughly.

WHAT PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept CASH, GCASH, MAYA, BANK TRANSFERS, and CREDIT CARDS PAYMENT (Mastercard and VISA). For Fully Customized Products (5,000 units MOQ), we accept 50-50 terms.

DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES?

YES. You may buy samples in our HERBABAYLAN NEGOSYO DEPOT. You can go to our physical store and shop for your desired samples (location: Unit 2A West Drive Commercial Center Building. Lot 2 Blk 37 West Drive cor. Champagnat St. Marikina Heights. P.C. 1810, Marikina City, Metro Manila.) or you can order via our online shop: https://www.kinislinis.com/herbabaylan

CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

For below 5,000 units worth of purchase, you need not book an appointment. You can directly go to our store located in Marikina and there are sales representatives who can assist you with all your query or you may message our Herbabaylan Facebook Page: https://web.facebook.com/herbabaylan. For 5,000 units and up (Fully customized orders) you have to book a meeting (physical or online) in order for us to assist you with your specific needs and give you the best price possible.
